How long does it take to ship and receive my order?

What should I do if my product arrives damaged?
Please inspect your package upon delivery. If you notice any damage, even to the packaging, make a note of it when signing for the item. If you suspect damage but cannot open the package immediately, write "suspect damage" on the delivery receipt. If the product itself is damaged, send photos to support@theexplorergear.com, and we’ll assist you with a replacement or compensation.
