What if my product is damaged?

Upon delivery, please inspect the packaging of your item(s). If you notice any damage, even to the packaging, make a note of it when signing for the delivery. If you cannot open the package during delivery but suspect damage, write "suspect damage" on the delivery receipt.

If your item(s) arrive damaged, email photos to support@theexplorergear.com, and we will promptly process a replacement or refund—typically within one business day.
