1. Return Time Frame
You can return items within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after this 30-day period.

2. Shipping Costs

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping costs.
  • If you’re returning an item because you changed your mind, you’ll be responsible for the return shipping fees.

3. Defective or Damaged Products
If your item is damaged or not functioning correctly, notify us within 30 days. We’ll arrange a return at no cost to you. Once we’ve received the item and confirmed the issue, we’ll either send you a replacement or issue a full refund, including the original shipping fees.

4. Change of Mind Returns
If you decide you no longer want the item, you have 30 days to return it. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. You will be responsible for return shipping fees. Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we’ll refund the item’s price, minus the original shipping costs.

5. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider. If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days of our confirmation email, contact us at support@theexplorergear.com.

6. Restocking Fee
A restocking fee may apply to certain returns, depending on the circumstances.
